- Depression
- Anxiety
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Phobias

Pain management sessions designed to improve a Job Seeker’s ability to actively engage in workforce participation through:
- Psychoeducation on chronic pain
- Activity pacing
- Relaxation strategies
- Cognitive restructuring
- Problem solving
- Goal setting
- Associated depression, anger and anxiety symptoms will also be addressed throughout these sessions.
